Return, Exchange & Refund Policy — Greenlyx Official Store

At Greenlyx, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Below you will find our detailed guidelines regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Product Returns

You may return a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it, as long as the product meets the following requirements:

Product Conditions:
The item must be in NEW condition, in its original packaging, with no signs of use, and with the original seal intact (if applicable). All accessories and items included with the product must also be returned.

Return Request:
To initiate the return process, please contact us at contact@greenlyx.com.
If the return label is not included in your package, you may request one via email.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Defective Product: Greenlyx will cover all return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction: Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 10 business days using the original payment method.


2. Product Exchanges

To request an exchange, follow these steps:

Exchange Request:
Contact our team at contact@greenlyx.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Product Conditions:
The item must be in NEW condition, in its original packaging, without signs of use, and with all accessories included.

Exchange Shipping Costs:

  • Defective Product: Greenlyx will cover all shipping costs for exchanges.

  • Dissatisfaction or Change of Mind: Shipping costs for exchanges due to personal preference will be the customer’s responsibility.

New Item:
Inform us of the item you would like in exchange and the reason for the request.
The replacement product will be shipped after the returned item is inspected, with the delivery time communicated in advance.


3. Refunds

Refund Timeframe:
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned product is received, regardless of the payment method:

  • Credit Card

  • Bank Slip (Boleto)

  • PIX

Refund for Defective Products:
All return shipping costs will be covered by Greenlyx.

Refund for Change of Mind or Withdrawal:
Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.


4. Order Cancellation While In Transit

If you wish to cancel an order after it has already been shipped:

  • Credit Card: Refund will be issued within 10 business days after the package begins its return process to the sender.

  • Bank Slip: The amount will be refunded to your bank account within 10 business days after the return process begins.

  • PIX: Refund will be issued to your bank account within 10 business days after the return process begins.


5. Additional Policies

Greenlyx reserves the right to modify its policies to comply with applicable regulations. We adhere to all relevant laws regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
